How do I get paid?
Creators connect a Stripe account to receive payouts. You earn based on your content’s performance in a campaign, and can withdraw via Standard or Instant payout once funds are available.
How do I join a campaign?
Browse available campaigns, apply, and once a brand approves you, follow the brief to create and submit your content.
Why isn’t my video’s view count updating?
Performance metrics for published posts refresh periodically from the public platform (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook). It can take some time after publishing for views to appear.
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot password” and follow the emailed instructions.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from within the NewWave app, or email support@new-wave.ai to request deletion. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
How do I report content or block someone?
You can report content and block another user from within the app. You can also email support@new-wave.aiand we’ll review reports promptly.
