The deposit is pass-through: it funds creator payments directly and transparently, scales with how the campaign actually performs, and comes back to you in full if no content is produced. The commission applies to creator payouts, not to your total spend, and anything under 10K views carries no commission.

The guarantee, precisely

1M views per month on any managed campaign, including the trial, benchmarked at 144 videos. If a month comes up short, the management fee is refunded in full, or pro-rated to the size of the shortfall. The refund covers our fee, the part you pay us. Creator payouts sit outside the guarantee: that money is pass-through, paid directly to creators for videos they already delivered.

02 · Creator payouts

Milestone-based pay, and the effective CPM drops as views climb.

This is where your deposit goes. Creators are paid per video: a video earns the payout of the highest view milestone it reaches, so spend tracks results. The ladder below is an example structure; the exact ladder for your campaign is finalized in your scope of work.

The 500-view tier is a flat base pay floor. Every tier above it is performance-based, and milestones round down, which is your safety net: a video that hits 900,000 views still pays the 500K tier, $700, a $0.78 effective CPM. The further a video runs past a milestone, the cheaper your reach gets.

Every campaign video comes with ad-usage rights included: you can run any of them as paid creative on your own channels, at no extra license fee.
